Spotted in the BFC Tent Esthetica area: ethically made shoes that rival Louboutin in the glamour stakes, and compete with Nicholas Kirkwood in terms of modern design aesthetic!
Nina Dolcetti's high-end shoes are made in a small family-run factory in London from recycled leather and other ethically-sourced materials, and fill a much-neglected niche in the green scene, where you can find casual shoes by the dozen but often struggle to find a chic or luxe option. From low block heeled pumps, to sculptural platform wedges in luscious slate grey and black printed leather, to rich burgundy over-the-knee boots, this eco label means you can be both footloose and fancy-free (sort of). I took some pictures in the BFC exhibition tents.
